Slim Masters coaching programs are service-based offerings. All coaching fees are nonrefundable, as services are personalized and begin at the agreed-upon start date, which may be coordinated with your coach in advance.

Because coaching involves the preparation of individualized resources, scheduling, and professional time, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available once enrollment is completed.

Clients are encouraged to communicate with their coach prior to the start of the program if they need to arrange or adjust their start date. Results vary based on individual commitment and circumstances, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
