Weekly Semi-Private Coaching Sessions
Both participants attend coaching sessions together, combining shared accountability with individualized guidance tailored to each person’s progress and goals.

Each participant’s plan is carefully reviewed and adjusted throughout the program based on progress, lifestyle needs, and body composition changes.

Both participants must enroll and begin the program at the same time so coaching schedules, accountability structure, and progress milestones remain aligned.
