📌 Important Notes
 
Price listed is per person.
 
This is a fully virtual program — all coaching is conducted online.
 
Coach Approval & Minimum Enrollment: A minimum of 4 participants must enroll together and start at the same time. Enrollment is available only after approval from a certified Slim Masters coach.
 
Shared Accountability: All coaching and support are delivered in a group setting. There is no 1-on-1 coaching in this program.
 
Enrollment Policy: All fees must be paid in full at the start of your chosen commitment. Due to program prep and scheduling, fees are nonrefundable.
 
 
👥 Program Start Policy
 
All participants in the Slim Masters Signature Team must enroll and begin at the same time to ensure alignment in sessions, check-ins, and progress tracking.
 
⏸ Pause & Restart Policy
 
If you experience a medical or family emergency, you may request to pause your membership once per commitment cycle for up to 2–4 weeks. Notify your coach as soon as possible.
 
Approved pauses will extend your program end date so you don’t lose any prepaid coaching time.
 
Pauses are granted for genuine emergencies and at Slim Masters’ discretion.
 
If your pause exceeds 4 weeks, you may be required to rejoin in a new group cohort.
 
Emergency Requests: Special pause or restart requests outside standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
📣 Engagement & Inactivity Policy
 
Your success depends on active participation:
 
Daily Food Posting: Share food photos each day (or as agreed upon for your custom plan). If you can’t post, let your coach know in advance.
 
Inactive Status: If there’s no food posting or communication for 7 consecutive days without notice, we’ll check in. No response within 3 additional days may result in your program being paused or concluded under the policy.
