This is a fully virtual program. All coaching is conducted online.
 
VIP coaching extensions are available only to returning clients who have previously enrolled in a Slim Masters VIP program.
 
The program fee is nonrefundable, as coaching services and resources are personalized and begin upon enrollment.
 
Results may vary. Individual outcomes depend on various factors including personal commitment, consistency, and health history.

Clients are responsible for actively engaging with the coaching and using the tools provided. All services are delivered at the discretion of Slim Masters.

Coaching Extensions Policy
 
We understand that sometimes life calls for a little more flexibility to reach your goals. If you need more time to complete your program after exhausting your initial program's duration and its included 8-week grace period, you may opt for a Coaching Extension.
 
How Extensions Work & Their Grace Period
 
A Coaching Extension provides you with continued support and guidance for the duration you purchase (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, etc.). Similar to your initial program, you will have up to 8 weeks of additional time (a "grace period") beyond the purchased duration of your extension to complete it.
 
Here are some examples of how long you'll have to complete your extension:
 
If you purchase a 1-Month Coaching Extension, you'll have up to 12 weeks total from the extension's start date to complete that 1 month of coaching (1 month = 4 weeks + 8 weeks grace = 12 weeks total).
If you purchase a 3-Month Coaching Extension, you'll have up to 20 weeks total from the extension's start date to complete those 3 months of coaching (3 months = 12 weeks + 8 weeks grace = 20 weeks total).
If you purchase a 6-Month Coaching Extension, you'll have up to 32 weeks total from the extension's start date to complete those 6 months of coaching (6 months = 24 weeks + 8 weeks grace = 32 weeks total).
 
Clarifying Program Engagement & Inactivity During Extension
 
To ensure you get the most out of your extension and continue making progress, consistent engagement is key.
 
Your extension includes daily feedback on your food choices, which relies on you sharing pictures of your food every day (or as agreed upon). This allows Slim Masters to provide personalized, timely guidance and keep you accountable.
 
We consider your extension to be "inactive" if:
 
No food pictures are submitted for 7 consecutive days without prior notification or communication about a challenge preventing submission.
No communication of any kind (text or scheduled call) is received for 7 consecutive days.
 
If your extension becomes inactive, Slim Masters will reach out to check in. If we don't hear back within 3 additional days, or if the inactivity continues beyond the extension's 8-week grace period, your extension will be considered concluded.
 
How to Request an Extension
 
If you believe you'll need an extension, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally before your original program's grace period ends. Slim Masters will discuss your situation and help you set up an extension that best fits your needs. For any urgent or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll be happy to help.
